Director, Surgical Services - FT Exempt position<BR/>&nbsp;<BR/><BR/><BR/><BR/><BR/><BR/><BR/>Responsibilities: <BR/><BR/>Establishes and implements direction for surgical/clinical services at the department level. Manages fiscal and human resources; performs long range and strategic planning; sets priorities; supervises clinical, support and supervisory staff for 24 hour a day, seven day a week operations. Collaborates with medical staff, all departments and services within the organization to achieve the goals and objectives of the hospital and clinics, and BHS. <BR/>Service excellence is demonstrated by consistently exhibiting the BHS Standards in the performance of the job.<BR/><BR/>Qualifications: <BR/><BR/><BR/>Education/Experience: <BR/>Equivalent to a BA/BS in nursing; PLUS a minimum of three years management experience or 8 years of management experience with pertinent clinical experience. Technical Skills: <BR/>Manual dexterity and physical agility to operate all equipment and perform all procedures. Other qualifications/certificate/license: <BR/>Current Nevada Registered Nurse license. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certification.
